Our uniformed and friendly Customer Service Teams welcome the public to a variety of events, greeting attendees whilst scanning and conducting ticket checks.

Our teams provide valued support at busy entrances, providing reassurance and guidance to members of the public as they navigate their way into large outdoor events. Our customer service teams work independently, or alongside our security and stewarding operatives to speed up the entry and exit lanes, they are on hand for event-related information.
