Public Order / Protest / Demonstration Security Response Teams

Whilst we live in a democratic society, the UK has witnessed many high profile protests that have caused major disruption in the capital.

 

Central London has been the focal point for the majority of planned protest marches resulting in serious disorder and extreme violence. Several other towns and cities have also witnessed similar scenes of organised protest s and demonstrations. The disruption affected everyday people going about their business, innocent shoppers and commuters becoming victims in the chaos, police officers in protective equipment battled to keep order on the streets whilst being attacked by a constant hail of missiles. The financial impact, media coverage, embarrassment and disruption caused were colossal.

 

Right Guard Security's public order support teams provide support to the traditional untrained security staff, supplementing staff resources during such times of need, manning office receptions, supporting retail outlets, government buildings or perhaps transport facility's, university's or colleges. We can be deployed to high profile, sensitive, extreme or pre planned demonstrations.

 

We can also be deployed at short notice to react to calls for help to the unexpected surprises!

 

Our trained response teams are equipped with protective fire retardant clothing, protective helmets, stab resistant vest, hand cuffs, restraint straps, red web spray, long and short shields.

 

We prefer to work on a planned approach having good reliable intelligence helps us to assess the threat levels and plan the adequate deployment that is proportionate to the task this improves the safety of our officers, whilst reducing the risks to our clients, their staff, clients and the general public.
