Right Guard Security UK Ltd is an expanding company that has a vast range of security services. We are dedicated to providing an excellent service through highly trained, loyal and committed employees. It is our aim to attract, recruit and retain highly capable security officers as part of our security team.

We are continually seeking highly motivated individuals with impeccable character to join our ever expanding team of security professionals.

 

Following successful completion of this interview an initial telephone check will be undertaken on a minimum of five years employment references. Arrangements can also be made to conduct credit checks.

 

We may also require further checks on some staff, such as enhanced CRB checks.

 

Successful applicants will be offered a position on a three month probationary period. During this time we must receive two written references.

We require enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Event Season Team in supporting our Licensed Security Staff at a variety of indoor and outdoor events from May through to November. All applicants must be over 18, physically and mentally fit. Good communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with the general public. Basic training will be provided, as detailed below in the Training section.

Training

Our sister company, Mission Training offers various courses enabling individuals to gain nationally recognised qualifications and obtain their SIA license in a variety of security sectors. In addition to security, there are personal safety training and compliance courses available to raise safety standards in the workplace.

 

For our non-licensed staff we deliver our own induction and training programme to enable our stewards to become prepared and ready for deployment within crowded places. This includes health and safety awareness, communication skills, conflict management, radio operation, fire evacuation and operational protocol.

We also offer specialist training services, including basic and advanced firearms and tactical training, which takes place in the Czech Republic.
