Customer Care is the primary role of our personnel. Their role includes directing and assisting either customers or general public to entrances or exits, providing information of on site facilities and queue monitoring.

 

Our experience has been proved at solving various issues at Taxi Ranks and other transport facilities hotspots. We are extremely pleased that we have improved customer safety during the festive period at Taxi Ranks in Thanet, Kent.

 

Traffic Management is a key to any successful event. Our Stewarding Teams are deployed to ensure that vehicles flow into controlled parking areas.

 

During the planning stages of any event our Management Team liaise with promoters, Police and local councils to determine the most suitable Traffic Management plans.
