  • EVENTS DIVISION – DOOR SUPERVISORS – SOUTH EAST – PART-TIME

    Description:
    Right Guard Security requires male and female, customer-focused SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to work at various summer events throughout the South East.

    Role:
    – Managing crowds and queues
    – Making sure people keep to the dress code
    – Checking tickets
    – Patrolling inside and outside the venue
    – Watching people’s behaviour and dealing with conflict
    – Restraining and escorting people out of the venue, if necessary
    – Dealing with emergencies
    – Co-operating with police, first aiders and management

    Requirements:
    – A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection license*
    – The ability to make decisions quickly
    – Good customer service skills
    – Good powers of observation
    – The ability to defuse potentially violent situations
    – Good communicator (fluent English) and interpersonal skills
    – Smart appearance
    – Reliable, punctual, honest, alert, confident
    – Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team

  • LICENSED TRADE DIVISION – DOOR SUPERVISORS – BROMLEY/ORPINGTON, NORTH KENT – PART-TIME

    Description:
    Right Guard Security require male and female, customer-focused SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to work at various licensed trade venues in and around Bromley and Orpington, North Kent.

    Role:
    – Managing crowds and queues

  • HEALTHCARE DIVISION – PATIENT SUPPORT OPERATIVES – KENT – FULL/PART-TIME

    Description:
    Right Guard Security require male and female, experienced healthcare professionals and those from nursing and/or care industries to work at within healthcare division throughout the South East.

    Role:
    We require professional, calm, outgoing individuals who recognise the importance of safeguarding of patients during their time in the hospital environment. The male and female operatives that we require must be outgoing and prepared to work in a care environment and at times will be faced with highly sensitive, stressful and confidential matters. All individuals applying for this role must have soft skills, and the ability to provide a caring and supportive approach to all patients in a professional capacity. Additionally, training will be provided for successful applicants.
    Please note, this is not a security officers vacancy.

    Requirements:
    – You must hold a valid, enhanced DBS certificate*
    – You must have a Dementia Awareness qualification*
    – 18+ year old
    – The ability to make decisions quickly

  • ALL DEPARTMENTS – STEWARDS (UNLICENSED OPERATIVES) – SOUTH EAST – FULL/PART-TIME

    Description:
    Right Guard Security require male and female, stewards (unlicensed operatives) to work at various locations throughout the South East.

    Role:
    Roles vary depending on location.

    Requirements:
    – Ensure personal safety and safety of the persons on a site
    – Direct vehicles as required in car parks. These are very often temporary car parks in fields which can be wet and muddy, therefore correct footwear is essential
    – Prevent persons, as far as possible, from climbing fences and other structures
    – Recognise any potential hazards and report such hazards to the appropriate person(s)
    – Report any damage or defect that may pose a threat to safety
    – Assist in the evacuation of the site in the event of an emergency
